  I just found out that Senator John McCain’s wife Cindy was approached by Dancing with the Stars producers to be a contestant on this season’s show. John was a guest on Thursday’s night show with Larry King and told him that at this time it would be in his wife’s  best interest not to be on the show and that it would not be a good idea. Reportedly Cindy had recent knee replacement surgery and stated that this was the reason for not wanting to do the show.

Cindy who is 54 years old is an active philanthropist and serves on the boards of several charitable organizations. It is probably a good thing anyway that she refused the invitation to be on the show. I am pretty sure she would not of done very well.

So sorry that Cindy is not doing the show, yeah right who cares! No loss, there are plenty of stars who would love to be on this show.

Lovely woman though.
